All deadlines are guaranteed by Law 2/2023. Your report gets acknowledged within 7 days and a final response within 3 months (extendable to 6 in complex cases).
Deliberately false or malicious reports may have legal consequences (Organic Law 1/1982 and arts. 205-216 of the Spanish Criminal Code). Good-faith reports that are ultimately unfounded do not give rise to liability.
